Additional deep navy blue birdcage netting is attached to add further softness. This fascinator base measures 36cm at its longest and 20cm widest, this varies slightly due to the curved/wave shape. Perfect for formal occasions such as Ascot, Chester, Aintree race meets or making an elegant statement at a wedding.
